Birthday Me!!!!!

As you can see from the post title I am so excited about my 23rd birthday, that I can't even speak in full sen...anyway, you know how like some people won't tell you what they want for their birthday cause their all embarrassed by getting gifts and stuff? Well its your lucky day, I am not one of these people, your welcome. Anywho, so for the last few months I've been keeping a list of albums I do not have and want. So if you're like my sibling or friend or you're trying to woo me or court my favor or if you are just a nice person who like spreading cheer, or if there's any other reason you like giving gifts to people for their 23rd birthday, you could (if you so choose) select an album from the list below and purchase it for me. If you feel inclined toward generosity but don't want to pick out an album you are welcome to just give me a zune marketplace card (I don't have itunes, I'm a really good hipster). If you feel inclined toward generosity but you think I'm being a dorky first world baby soliciting presents and you are disinclined to indulge my whims, then by all means, please take the money you would spend on music for me and donate it to a worthier cause. So here's the list:
  • Various Artists - 500 Days of Summer Soundtrack
  • Neutral Milk Hotel - Aeroplane Over the Sea
  • Rasputina - Sister Kinderhook
  • M. Ward - Post War
  • Mumford and Sons - Sigh No More
  • The Shins - Shutes Too Narrow
  • Bishop Allen - Grrrr
  • The Format - Dog Problems
  • The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots
  • Sufjan Stevens - Come on and Feel The Illinois
  • Two Gallants - 2Gs
  • Two Gallants - The Throws
  • The Decemberists - Long Live the King
  • Modest Mouse - We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank
  • Phoenix - Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix
  • Various Artists - Dark Was The Night
  • She and Him - The Christmas Album
  • The Smiths - The Sound of The Smiths
  • Belle and Sabstian - The Boy With the Arab Strap
There's the list, and now you all know how cool and indie I am. And remember, I liked it after it was cool, but before it was cool again. ;)
